Hey beautiful babes!
I am so happy to be blogging again! This past year has been a roller coaster ride between finishing my Psychology degree and running my blog consulting business! I appreciate each one of you that have continued to support me! It means the world!

With the fresh start of a new year, I am dedicating more focus on my health and wellness. I was so excited to see that Arctic Zero now offers a light ice cream! Sweets are what I crave the most and struggle to keep a good balance there. So you can imagine my joy when they shared these yummy guilt-free treats!

If you watch This Is Us, you know that it returns tonight and we'll all be tweeting it up about what's happening! This show constantly keeps us on am emotional roller coaster! One minute we're laughing and the next we're sitting in a puddle of tears! (insert laughing/crying emoji here)

SPOILER ALERT: I'm so curious to see if my fave couple is going to make it through this season! Do you think Randall and Beth will stay strong through this rocky season in their marriage? All the nail biting over here!

I'm so grateful to have a great group of gals to lean on and laugh with while watching This Is Us - but most importantly, I'm grateful to drown my sorrows in ice cream without the guilt thanks to Arctic Zero

I'd love to know who your favorite This Is Us character is! Share in the comments or over on Insta!

Journey Through Exodus Pt. 4 // Be Still and Know

Hello beautiful!
It's our last week digging into the book of Exodus together! After this week, I encourage you to finish reading throughout the rest of the book on your own or with a friend! I can tell you that there is still so much truth to be discussed within this Old Testament book!

Today I want to touch on some truths found in chapter 14. I don't know about you, but life sometimes scares the bejeezus out of me! I get all worried and frazzled, afraid that nothing is going to work out and that provision just won't be there. You know something that I've always noticed as a common denominator when I feel this way? That I wasn't spending time with the Lord each day - in prayer, in the Word, and just being still in His presence.

Verse 10 in this chapter spills out some deep truth. The people of Israel were coming upon the Red Sea, no escape in view, with the Egyptian army right on their tails! They were scared! I mean, I'm pretty sure I would be too! But you see, they had been following a cloud, this cloud was God, and that's what they had kept their eyes on for so long. The second they took their eyes off of that cloud and turned to look at the Egyptians fear crept in.

We need to keep our eyes on Jesus. Yes, there are times when things are just going to suck and be super hard to face. But I can promise you, when you are keeping your eyes on Jesus and not turning back, or to the left or right, He will deliver you. He will see that you are provided for. He will FIGHT for you - you just need to be still. Faith and fear can't live in the same heart, girlfriend. One will eventually win.

I challenge you this week to spend just 10 minutes out of your day with the Lord. See what happens. I dare you. Swap out your usual Beyonce jam for some Hillsong and see how your Spirit changes. Instead of complaining to your coworker about whatever may be bothering you today, share it with the Creator of the Universe - the One Who can fight for you and actually help you through this battle.

"Be still and know that I am God."
Psalm 47:10

Next Tuesday starts a totally different series and I'm sharing it in a way I never have before!!! I can't wait for y'all to join in! Be sure to hop over to my Instagram to take a poll on what we should study next! Have an amazing day, babes!

Much love,

Hello beautiful!
This week has been one for the books! God has shown me that He is in this 100% and anything is possible with Him on your side! The shop launch yesterday went beyond my dreams from the moment I hit the open button! I love each and everyone of you so much and am so grateful!!! I have to say that this has been a dream of mine for quite some time - I felt the calling to step forward in faith and run my own business months ago - and seeing this come forward... I don't have the words. I just wanted to publicly proclaim that this is all God - praise and glory to Him not myself!

"Not to us, but to Your name, we life up all praise!"
Love So Great - Hillsong

One very memorable moment this past week was having the opportunity to go to the Nashville Symphony! We had never been and it was magical! Honestly my favorite event to go to now! So peaceful and beautiful!

I wore this floral maxi and blush suede moto jacket for a feminine look with a touch of edge to it! I couldn't believe these pieces were so inexpensive! I paired them with the best black suede pumps and this oh so perfect suede clutch! Kept it simple with my favorite tassel earrings and this dainty rose gold necklace! Each piece is so beautiful in it's own way and you can style them multiple ways!

I hope you babes have a fabulous weekend and I will see you back here on Tuesday! For now, you can follow along on Instagram!

Much love,
